Home Owners Association : Management

The "not for profit" association, Heron's Walk Property Owners Association,
Inc. will be owned by the residents (one vote per lot). The Association is established by the Declaration Of Covenants, Conditions, Restrictions For Herons Walk that were recorded on the property prior to the sale of any lots (you can download a copy in the "Minutes and Bylaws" section.) The Management of the association will be governed by a Board of Director and Officers elected by the members.

Initially the Association will be managed by the Developer. As the development begins to grow, the developer expects to hire Property Management Systems, Inc., a company that specializes in providing community association management, to manage the Association. Once most of the lots have been sold, the Developer will turnover complete management of the Association to the residents.
