Home Owners Association : Overview

Heron's walk is an exclusive community that relishes what nature has provided and adds "cost effective" security. Our goal has been to keep the resident's long-term cost to a minimum. The projected fees reflect this philosophy.

The "common areas" are limited to landscaping at the front entrance and maintenance of the electronic gate system. To help keep costs to a minimum, a deep irrigation well was installed and the use of grass is limited. Many residents will border on one of the three manmade lakes. The lakes are part of the stormwater management system and will be maintained by the Association. Oak Preserve Drive and Long Pine Court are private roads that will be owned and maintained by the Association. The operating budget will establish reserves for the future resurfacing of the roads.
