Architectural Review : Proceedures

The ARB will meet regularly to review submittals. It will also establish procedures for "expedited meetings" to accomodate homeowner's needs. applicants are encouraged to attend the meetings to determine first hand ARB's comments or suggestions. ARB will also offer an informal "look and feel" review to help owners determine if their design is in keeping with the Heron's Walk theme. There will be no cost for the informal review.
