   Architectural Review
The C&Rs establish an Architectural review Board (ARB) to be appointed by the HWPOA Board of Directors. The ARB is made up of three to five members; one member must be an Architect. The ARB is responsible to preserve the beauty and aesthetic design of the community. all construction, modification or alteration of any external portion of yhe house in the community shall be reviewed and approved by the ARB prior to the commencement of construction. The ARB has sole and complete control od the approval of designs by the homeowners and submissions can be turned down for purely esthetic reasons. A few of the items that will be reviewed include : external paint colors, windows, roofing, awnings, shutters, fences, gates, flower boxes, mail boxes, driveways, garbage receptacles, trees, shrubs, plants or anything else that would be seen from the street.
